What to write on your SMM panel's blog
A blog brings search traffic and trust — if it answers the questions your customers actually ask. Topic ideas and a simple routine that works.
A panel blog isn't about writing for the sake of it. Every article should answer a question someone types into a search engine or asks your support team.
Start with your support tickets
The questions customers ask most often are your best topics. Each good answer becomes an article you can link to instead of typing the same reply again.
Topic ideas that work
- Explainers: what refill means, how drip-feed works, why an order shows as Partial.
- How-tos: how to place a first order, how to top up with each payment method, how to use the API.
- Guides by platform: choosing the right services for a new account versus an established one.
- Case studies: how a customer used your services for a launch (with their permission).
- Updates: new services, new payment methods, improvements.
Write for people first
Clear headings, short paragraphs, concrete steps. Search engines reward pages that people read to the end.
One article per topic
Don't spread a single subject across five thin posts. One thorough article on a topic ranks better and is more useful.
A realistic routine
One solid article every week or two beats a burst of ten and then silence. Keep a list of ideas from support tickets and pick the next one each week.
Link your articles
Link from service descriptions to the relevant explainer, and between related articles. It helps readers and search engines alike.
