Selling your own SMM services as a provider

If you produce engagement yourself, other panels can become your sales channel. How the provider model works and what resellers expect from you.

Some panel owners don't just resell — they deliver services themselves. If that's you, other panels can sell your services for you.

The provider model

A provider exposes its services through the standard SMM API. Resellers connect their panels, import your services, add their margin and sell to their own customers. Every order they receive is forwarded to you automatically.

What resellers look for

  • Stable service IDs. Resellers map your IDs to their own services. Changing or reusing IDs breaks their catalogues.
  • Honest descriptions. Start time, speed, drop rate and refill terms that match reality.
  • Reliable statuses. A Completed order must really be complete; a Partial must report the correct remaining quantity so they can refund their customers.
  • Refill and cancel support. Resellers pass these promises on to their customers; they need you to honour them.
  • Uptime. If your API is down, their panel fails with it.

Pricing for resellers

Resellers need room for their own margin. Offer wholesale rates below your retail prices, and consider volume discounts for your largest partners.

Protect your API

Each reseller should have their own API key. Rate-limit requests, log activity and be ready to disable a key that misbehaves.

Done well, being a provider turns other panels into a sales force you don't pay upfront.
