Refill explained: how SMM panels handle drops
Followers and likes can drop after delivery. Refill is how panels make that right. How it works, how long it lasts, and how to price it.
Some engagement disappears after delivery — accounts get removed, platforms clean up, or quality varies. Refill is the promise to top an order back up when that happens.
How refill works
- The customer's order is delivered.
- Days or weeks later, the count drops below the delivered amount.
- Within the refill period, the customer (or the panel automatically) requests a refill.
- The provider delivers the missing quantity at no extra charge.
The refill period
Services state how long refill is available: 30 days, 60 days, a year, or none. Longer periods cost more because the provider takes on more risk.
Automatic refill checks
Instead of waiting for customers to complain, a panel can check delivered orders periodically, compare the current count with the delivered count, and request refills where needed.
Refill when the provider doesn't offer it
Some panels choose to refill manually or through a second provider even when the original service has no refill. It costs you, but it can be a strong selling point for premium services.
Be clear in descriptions
State whether a service has refill, for how long, and how to request it. "No refill" is a valid option — as long as the customer knows before ordering.
