Connecting SMM providers to your panel: how the API link works
Your panel talks to providers through a simple, standard API. What happens when you connect one — and how to do it safely.
Automated order processing depends on the connection between your panel and your providers. Once you understand it, adding a new provider takes minutes.
What you need from the provider
- The API URL (usually ending in something like
/api/v2) - Your API key from your account with them
- Some balance in that account
The standard actions
Almost every provider supports the same set of actions:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
services |
Lists their services, rates and limits |
add |
Places an order |
status |
Checks one or many orders |
refill |
Requests a refill |
cancel |
Requests cancellation |
balance |
Returns your balance |
Mapping services
After connecting, you import or map their services to yours. Each of your services points to one provider service ID. Set your own name, description and price — the customer never sees the provider.
Test before selling
Place a small order through each newly mapped service and watch it go from Pending to Completed.
Keep it safe
- Treat provider API keys like passwords.
- Keep a backup provider for your top services.
- Watch provider balances — an empty balance means failed orders.
