Choosing SMM providers: what to check before you connect
Your panel is only as reliable as the providers behind it. A due-diligence list for picking — and keeping — good providers.
Customers judge your panel by results, and results come from your providers. Choose them as carefully as you'd choose a supplier for a physical shop.
Check the service quality yourself
Place small orders on the services you plan to sell. Record:
- Time to start
- Delivery speed
- Drop rate after a week
- Whether refills actually work
Check the API
- Does it follow the standard format (services, add, status, refill, cancel, balance)?
- Are statuses accurate — do Partial orders report the correct remaining quantity?
- Does it respond quickly and stay online?
Check the business
- How long has the provider been operating?
- How do they handle problems — is there real support?
- Do they change service IDs or prices without notice?
Spread the risk
Never depend on one provider for your best-sellers. Keep a tested backup for each, so a provider outage doesn't become your outage.
Keep reviewing
Quality changes over time. Re-test key services every month and move volume to whoever performs best.
